These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeatherWrite WordPress plugin (“WeatherWrite” or the “Service”), provided by ReIntent, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing, activating, or using WeatherWrite, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use WeatherWrite.
1. License & Use
- WeatherWrite is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WeatherWrite on your WordPress website(s) in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse WeatherWrite.
2. Data & Content
- WeatherWrite generates automated weather posts using third-party weather data providers. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this information.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated by WeatherWrite on your website.
3. Accounts & API Keys
- To use WeatherWrite, you must register for an account and receive an API key. You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and ensuring it is not shared or misused.
- Any activity occurring under your API key will be considered your responsibility.
4. Subscription & Credits
- Demo accounts include a limited number of credits for testing purposes. Paid subscriptions are available for ongoing use of WeatherWrite.
- Unused credits may expire as outlined in your subscription plan. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the plan selected at checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
- By installing and using WeatherWrite, you acknowledge and agree that ReIntent, LLC, WeatherWrite, and our affiliates, partners, or data providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:
- The use or inability to use WeatherWrite.
- Inaccuracies, delays, or errors in weather data or generated content.
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
- Any issues caused by third-party integrations, hosting providers, or WordPress itself.
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for how you use WeatherWrite on your website.
